The Chilingarian Design & Construction Company was established in 2003 by Mr. Hambartsum Chilingarian. To create memorable and comfortable environment this has always been Mr. Chilingarian's desire. Now it is a reality.
The Company's projects range from residences to high-rise buildings. Although the firm's projects are diverse in type, they reflect a similar approach to resolving specific program requirements with a consistent focus on design, construction, where regardless of project cost or type, there is a modern clarity brought to each design while maintaining a strong client identity and purpose.

Building and furnishing housing for our clients, we base ourselves on the principles of conceptuality, relevance and convenience. We attempt to use the natural resources in most effective way, thus creating best possible atmosphere for those who will use our products. We are interested in bio-climate architecture: abiding by its rules, we manage to provide answers which satisfy our clients both in terms of panorama views revealing from the windows and the sunshine solutions.
